Get to Know the Faces behind Enduring Love Ministries International
Renita Quick President and Co-Founder
As co-founder along with her husband Roosevelt, Renita Quick serves as President of the founding Board of Directors for Enduring Love Ministries International.
As a coach, mentor, and educator for 25+ years, Renita has served thousands of couples, women, teens, and children with practical teaching founded on biblical principles. She and Roosevelt have co-facilitated skills-based marriage and relationship education through workshops, seminars, retreats and small groups in person and via Zoom, within their local faith community, outreach organizations and schools. As licensed ministers, they founded Enduring Love Ministries, LLC which provides couple-to-couple coaching, women’s group and individual coaching, on-line Couples Challenges and Masterclasses and publication of books, workbooks, journals and devotionals.
Renita attended Gospel Lighthouse School of Ministry in Columbus, OH and the School of Supernatural Ministry in Vandalia, OH. Additionally, she is a Board Certified Advanced Christian Life Coach (AACC) and a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Management.
In 2014, through her community outreach ministry, she developed a Summer Reading Program for K –6thgrade students residing in various low-income communities in Dayton, OH.For 2 years, she facilitated a Personal Development enrichment course for middle school minority males participating in the Verizon Innovative Learning Program, a STEM focused curriculum based at Central State University.

Renita and Roosevelt have been married for 32 wonderful years and are the proud parents of three adult sons, Roosevelt III, Ryan, and Aaron. After living in Dayton, OH for 30 years, they now reside in Cumming, GA.
Roosevelt Quick II Lead Minister, Vice President and Co-founder
As an anointed minister and teacher of the gospel, Roosevelt Quick II will serve as Lead Minister and Vice President of Enduring Love Ministries International.
For more than 25 years, Roosevelt and his wife, Renita, have coached, mentored, and taught married and pre-married couples using practical skills-based education and biblical principles. In 2018, Roosevelt and Renita started Enduring Love Ministries, LLC. Their dedication to family enrichment has allowed them to serve 1,000s of couples, singles (men and women), teens, and children through their teaching and outreach.
Roosevelt is a graduate of Purdue University where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Management. He received his MBA from Wright State University and is a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute. He is a graduate of the Gospel Lighthouse School of Ministry, Columbus, OH, and attended the Dayton Supernatural School of Ministry, Vandalia, OH.
From 2010 to 2020, Roosevelt served as a member of the Chaplin Support Team at the Montgomery County Juvenile Justice Center. There he shared a message of hope and transformation with young men seeking to make positive life changes. During 17 years of faithful service in ministry at Maranatha Christian Fellowship in Dayton, OH he served as Youth Pastor, Children’s Pastor, choir director, and praise and worship musician.
Roosevelt is a certified instructor for the Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP), Love Thinks, and Nurturing Parenting. He is also trained as an Advanced Christian Life Coach.
In 2022, Roosevelt and Renita launched their own publishing company and released their first book, The Power of Agreement: Biblical Principles for Maximizing Marital Fulfillment.
After 32 years of covenant marriage, Roosevelt and Renita currently reside in the Atlanta, GA metro area and are the proud parents of three adult sons, Roosevelt III, Ryan, and Aaron.
Dana Abdullah Treasurer
Dana Abdullah will serve as Treasurer for Enduring Love Ministries International. She is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of professional experience in the financial industry; most recently serving as Vice President of Lending for a local Credit Union in Dayton, OH.
Mrs. Abdullah obtained her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Wilberforce University and currently manages her family business, Integrity & Trust Remodeling as the Executive Administrator. She is also the CEO of KAD Property Management and cofounder of His Glory Ministries International which exists to allow people to experience the true glory of God.
Dana is a woman of God, wife, mother of four, preacher, and real estate investor. With a heart for ministering the gospel of Jesus Christ, she operates by the Holy Spirit with the gifts of administration, prophecy, and discerning of spirits to fully engage in kingdom building, wealth building, and supporting others in their leadership development.
Vicki Sanders-Johnson Secretary
Enduring Love Ministries International is blessed to have Vicki Sanders-Johnson serving as secretary on our founding Board of Directors. Vicki was the assistant to the VP of Marketing for MD Anderson Cancer Center during the time when the organization was voted the top cancer center in America. She also brings years of support to numerous nonprofit organizations with marketing for membership campaigns.
Mrs. Sanders-Johnson received her undergraduate degree from Jackson State University with a concentration in English Literature and later attended Sonship School of the Firstborn where she received her certification in Ministry.
Vicki has served as both PTO president and secretary at Steuart W. Weller Elementary in Ashville, VA. She currently enjoys a career as a lifeguard, swim instructor, and water aerobics teacher for her local YMCA.
While her dedication to nonprofits, the local school, and the community is admirable, as a Christian wife and mother, Vicki is most excited to serve the Lord through her true love as an intercessor in her prayer group and Bible Study leader at Citygate Church in Lebanon, OH.
Khalid Abdullah Board Member
Enduring Love Ministries Intenational founding board member Khalid Abdullah is an anointed entrepreneur and CEO of his family business Integrity & Trust Remodeling. He is also the cofounder of KAD Property Management and His Glory Ministry International.
Khalid holds a Civil Engineering Certification and has over 20 years of carpentry, construction and leadership experience. He previously worked for Montgomery County as a Facility & Maintenance Manager and an Adult Educator at Miami Valley Career Technology Center in Clayton, OH.
Khalid is a devoted husband, father of four and a real estate investor. He is a man of God who uses his spiritual gifts of faith, miracles, prophecy, wisdom, administration and discerning of spirits to fuel and guide his passion for building businesses, strong marriages and mentoring young men.
Apostle Arthur L. McGuire Sr. Board Member
Enduring Love Ministries International is honored to have Apostle Arthur L. McGuire, Sr. on our founding Board of Directors. Divinely called to found and establish Joshua Christian Ministries (JCM), a non-denominational church in Kettering, Ohio, Apostle McGuire is a man of integrity and a testament to God’s grace.
He attended Sinclair Community College, Central State University, and later received a Bachelor of Theology degree from the Family Bible College, Baltimore, Maryland.
A decorated Vietnam Veteran of, the United States Marine Corp, who served his country honorably, Apostle McGuire later became a City of Dayton Firefighter. He retired after over 25 years of service during which he earned the 100 Club Distinguished Service Award for his heroism when he saved a person from a burning house. He has served in various local and national organizations such as the Montgomery County Juvenile Court’s Reclaiming Futures Natural Helper Program, Operation Serve International to resource and educates pastors in Cairo, Egypt, and the National Center for Urban Renewal and Education (CURE).
An early crusader of Dayton Concerned Christian Men, Apostle McGuire serves as a liaison and advocate for the Miami Valley Women’s Center Pastoral Board and Black Pro-Life Coalition. As a leader of resource development efforts to support mothers and fathers who choose life for their pre-born child, Apostle McGuire works collaboratively with city and faith leaders and is recognized for his Christ-centered support and one-to-one mentoring of faith leaders, men, and boys of all ages.
An avid reader, Apostle McGuire has authored and released his first book, Walking in the Fear of the Lord – Transformed and Prospered.
In covenant marriage with his wife, Charlotte, for over 49 years, they have two adult children and two grandchildren who fondly call him “Poppie”.
Enduring Love Ministries International founding board member Charlotte McGuire brings over 40 years of government and nonprofit leadership experience from her tirelessly worked to enrich the lives of the elderly, youth, and families. She is a passionate and tenacious advocate and committed leader.
Mrs. McGuire is the President of the Ohio State Board of Education (SBOE) and has served on the SBOE since she assumed office in 2017. Among only seven in the country, she was recently appointed by the Ohio governor to the Education Commission of the States. Formerly, she was Director of Community Affairs, City of Dayton, President/CEO, Senior Citizen Center of Greater Dayton Planning Service Area 2, President/CEO, Project IMPACT-Dayton, and Project Director for Reclaiming Futures, Montgomery County Juvenile Court.
Charlotte received her B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Central State University, Wilberforce, Ohio. In 2000, alongside her husband, Arthur, they founded Joshua Christian Ministries (JCM), Kettering, Ohio to empower and transform people and culture. Married for 49 years, they have 2 adult children and 2 grandchildren.
A Leadership Dayton graduate and certificate US Constitutionist, Charlotte has been honored with many awards, including but not limited to the Cline Award for Excellence in Government, Montgomery County Juvenile Court Outstanding Service Award, Dayton Section of the National Council of Negro Women2016 International Women Ministerial Alliance Honoree, the 2018 Sister Jean Foppe Visionary Award and inclusion in the 2022-2023 Marquis Who’s Who in America Publications Board.

Dr. Linda P Saunders Board Member
Linda P. Saunders, Ph.D., serves as a founding member on the Board of Directors for Enduring Love Ministries International. She is passionate about missions, education, and training. Dr. Saunders, her husband, and their children lived in Venezuela for nearly 15 years serving as career missionaries, and they still facilitate the ministry by making quarterly trips to South America.
She earned degrees from Columbia International University, Columbia, SC (PhD); Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA (MDiv) and (MA); Purdue University, Lafayette, IN (BA), and has studied at the Universities of Hamburg and Erfurt in Germany.
Dr. Saunders also serves on the leadership team for the Evangelical Missiological Society (EMS) as the National VP for Membership and is part of the advisory council for the National African American Mission Council. She is an adjunct faculty member at Columbia International University, an adjunct professor at Liberty University, as well as a multicultural consultant for Wellspring of Hope, Lynchburg, VA, and Community Faith Partners of Ithaca, NY.
Dr. Saunders's most recent publication: Chapter 3 – "The Future for the Evangelical Missionary Movement Must Include an Accurate Portrayal of Her Past" – in the EMS book series: Advancing Models of Missions: Evaluating the Past and Looking to the Future published by William Carey Publishing, 2021. She currently has several works with an anticipated publication date of fall 2022.
Dr. Mark A Saunders Sr Board Member
Enduring Love Ministries International welcomes Dr. Mark A Saunders Sr. as a founding Board of Directors member who brings a vast amount of professional experience as a marriage, couple, and family counselor.
Dr. Saunders earned his Ph.D. at Liberty University and is a faculty member at Regent University in Virginia Beach in the School of Psychology and Counseling. He has worked with couples from diverse populations, including African American, Latino, Caucasian, Asian, African, Middle Eastern, and Caribbean Islanders. Dr. Saunders is the co-founder of Wellspring of Hope Intensives, an intensive couples counseling center, and Wellspring of Hope LLC, an outpatient private practice counseling agency with his wife, Dr. Linda P Saunders, in Concord, VA. Drs. Mark & Linda have been married 32 years and have three adult children whom they raised on the mission field in Venezuela, South America.
Dr. Saunders counsels couples in conflict and crisis who are striving to repair their relationship or couples who would like to re-ignite the passion and intimacy in their relationship. He employs a conflict resolution and restoration model of couples counseling that is integrated with evidence-based Hope Focused therapy. Helping couples develop emotional intimacy that promotes allowing each one to be known by their spouse is Dr. Saunders's area of research and focus on counseling.
